- Coordinate and manage resident services, including health and wellness programs, recreational activities, and social events.
- Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for residents, promoting a sense of belonging and community engagement.
- Supervise and lead a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Manage the financial aspects of the retirement village, including budgeting, billing, and expense control.
- Collaborate with external service providers, such as healthcare professionals and maintenance contractors, to ensure quality services are delivered to residents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident information, contracts, and facility maintenance.
- Address resident concerns and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
