This role reports to the Service Manager and oversees catering, housekeeping, and laundry services to ensure excellence in every detail.Small Residential Aged Care FacilityFull Time Permanent roleCompetitive salary that will reflect your current experience plus superSalary packaging $18,550Monday to FridayThe Role : Lead and manage catering, housekeeping, and laundry services to deliver exceptional hospitality.Oversee meal preparation and food service, ensuring residents enjoy nutritious, varied meals that meet all health and safety regulations.Ensure housekeeping and laundry services are efficient, effective, and compliant with all policies and standards.Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that supports staff development and high-quality service.Collaborate with suppliers and manage resources efficiently within budget.Drive continuous improvement to enhance the resident experience.What You'll Bring : You're a strong leader with a passion for people and service excellence.
