Job Description

The Business Development manager role involves :

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients in the financial services sector to secure new business opportunities.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow the company's customer base.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, assess competitor strategies, and uncover potential opportunities for business growth.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through client prospecting.
• Leverage existing networks and relationships to drive commercial interest and engagement.
• Qualify leads and generate demand by aligning client needs with tailored solutions.
• Craft compelling value propositions that address client business challenges and objectives.
• Lead negotiations and successfully close complex agreements with clients.
• Provide management with accurate sales forecasts and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Business Development Manager should have :

• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the financial services industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and its current trends.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
• Ability to source, identify and develop new business
