We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Sales / Leasing

Associate to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will be

responsible for driving commercial property sales and leasing transactions,

building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall

success and growth of our commercial portfolio in Western Australia.

Responsibilities include :

• Identify and pursue sales and leasing opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and properties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners,investors, developers, and other industry professionals.
• Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and marketing materials to clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leasing agreements on behalf of clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales and leasing process.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

The successful candidate will have :

Base salary starting from $70,000 + attractive commission structure
