IPA is proud to again be partnering with our client, a leading Australian provider within the Employment Services industry to recruit an Employment Consultant in Springwood!

• Some of your duties and responsibilities will include
• Assessing jobseekers to determine support / service requirements
• Case management and providing ongoing support to jobseekers
• Assisting jobseekers to attain suitable employment
• Reverse marketing jobseekers to potential employers
• Linking jobseekers with training / courses / community support as required
• Providing support to jobseekers during their employment
• What we are looking for
• Exceptional customer service skills and experience
• Demonstrated ability to handle conflict and difficult situations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable vehicle and current, valid driver's licence
• Can provide evidence of covid vaccination status
• This position is a full time permanent role with an immediate start.
