We are looking for a motivated Casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at Club Leeds in Footscray . You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and supporting the team to uphold compliance requirements at all times.

Club Leeds is located in the heart of Footscray in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. The bar offers a great place to have a drink with friends, with TAB facilities available, open 7 days a week.

Responsibilities include : Providing customer service, answering questions, and assisting with gaming-related issues. Monitoring gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Maintaining the gaming room at the highest standard. Collaborating with team members for smooth operations. This role may involve tasks such as lifting boxes, kegs, or stock, standing for long periods, and using stairs.

Requirements : Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate. Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificate. Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence. Previous experience in a similar role. Customer service skills. Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
