REGISTERED NURSES - CARDIAC CATH LAB

Gosford Private is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in full-time / part-time / casual roles in the Cath Lab.

For almost 45 years, Gosford Private Hospital has played a pivotal role in providing quality care to the Central Coast community as the largest and most comprehensive private hospital in the region. With more than 148 inpatient beds, the hospital features 12 modern operating theatres, 2 state-of-the-art endoscopy suites, on-site rehabilitation and the Gosford Heart Centre.

About The Role

The Cath Lab consists of 2 labs, a recovery area, 12 cardiologists and 2 Vascular Surgeons, who perform a range of diagnostic and interventional procedures.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work with complex cardiac, structural heart, EP and vascular interventions.

You will be an integral member of a highly skilled and motivated Cath Lab team.

Essential Criteria

• Current registration with AHPRA
• Minimum two years’ experience post registration
• Previous Cath Lab experience desirable
• Previous Cardiac or critical care nursing desirable
• Current Advanced Life Support accreditation or willingness to obtain, (this is an essential requirement to working in the Cardiac Cath Lab)
