Are you passionate about customer service? We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our Team at TSG North Lakes. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, driven and reliable individual. Must be available on weekends.

• Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and create instore experience
• Engage with customers and recommend products best suited to their needs.
• Day to day counter operations including Golden Casket
• Opening and closing procedures

• Experience
• Point of Sale (POS) software : 1 year (preferred)
• Working towards sales targets and KPIs : 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service : 1 year (preferred)
