Our venue brings together traditional recipes and modern presentation, offering a warm and welcoming setting for families, couples, and food lovers to enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Our menu features creamy curries, freshly baked naan, flavour-packed biryanis, and a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Complemented by a variety of beverages and sweet desserts, we deliver a complete Indian dining experience that celebrates regional diversity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute a diverse Indian menu including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and snacks
• Ensure consistency and quality in dish preparation and presentation
• Collaborate with management on seasonal specials and menu updates
• Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise food preparation
• Mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain kitchen standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and OH&S regulations
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, and kitchen cleanliness
• Stay calm and efficient during high-volume service periods
