Due to continued growth Georgiou have opportunities for an experienced HSE Advisor to join our project based commercial / industrial construction business. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the project, building effective relationships that facilitate the successful implementation of Georgiou's HSE systems.

• Maintain and assist in the ongoing development of Georgiou's HSE systems
• Ensure total compliance with internal HSE systems and legislative requirements

• Continue to develop a personalised brand of safety within our team
• Build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Harness technology to facilitate improved performance in HSE
• Required Skills and Experience
• Career minded HSE professional with previous experience as a HSE Advisor in commercial construction projects
• Experience in preparing HSE reporting information for clients on a weekly and monthly basis
• Be able to adjust your approach to ensure right outcome when dealing with HSE issues on site
• Must have initiative and be proactive when dealing with site team when following up with HSE matters
• Good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build relationships with the site team and client
• Strong computer skills are essential
• Able to lead and undertake risk reviews and also JHA reviews with the work reviews and supervisory teams
• Qualified to Diploma level in Occupational Health and Safety
• Hold current first aid qualification
