Our Disability Support Workers help our participants to accomplish their NDIS goals through assistance with personal care, meal preparation, assistance with domestic tasks and companionship. You will support these individuals to increase their capacity and to help them live a fulfilled and self-sufficient life.

We currently have vacancies for experienced Disability Workers to support our participant in Bentleigh and you will be required work the following weekly schedule :

Our participant is non verbal and uses a manual wheelchair and hoists. You will be assisting them with personal care, transport, meal preparation and domestic tasks.

You will be committed to providing exceptional support aligning with our company values while demonstrating excellent communication skills with all stakeholders involved.

You will draw upon your professional skills and demonstrate empathy, humanity and care to support our participants with their journey towards recovery and leading a self-sufficient and fulfilling life.

To be successful in this role, you will need :

A Certificate IV in Disability / related field will be highly regarded as well as lived or professional experience in the mental health field.
