Since launching in 2019, the company has rapidly scaled and continues to expand, with additional sites planned over the coming years. About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Commercial will lead all commercial functions across the organisation, including :

End-to-end procurement strategy, supplier performance, and contract managementCommercial project delivery, including business system rollouts and process improvementWorking with finance to support business reporting, planning, and commercial insightsManaging key customer and partner relationshipsLeading a team across property, parts, and projectsActing as a strategic conduit across operational, commercial, and executive functionsThis role is designed for a dynamic commercial leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and can drive outcomes across multiple business streams.

About You

You will bring a strong commercial background with :

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related fieldSenior leadership experience across procurement, commercial operations, or project deliveryAbility to operate strategically while also managing detail and executionExcellent communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of the organisationExperience managing internal teams and external suppliers or partnersExposure to automotive, industrial, or B2B / B2C service-based sectorsProject management or ERP implementation experience highly regardedWhat's on Offer Strategic role with broad commercial ownership and autonomyA business committed to innovation, operational excellence, and career developmentHigh-impact leadership role with visibility and influence across the organisationOpportunity to build and shape commercial functions in a growth-focused environmentHow to Apply
