Care Partner - Registered Nurse

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Care Partner, Registered Nurse who is a passionate health and aged care professional looking for a new opportunity. As Care Partner you will be an integral point of contact for workers and clients to provide support for the broader community team. Join us on a permanent full-time capacity at Right at Home Sunshine Coast, located in Caloundra.

To be successful you must hold :

• Formal tertiary qualification eg. Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Mandatory)
• National criminal history / police check
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
• Valid Blue Card
