Your Role You will ideally be available for 4-5 weekday shifts from Monday to Friday, 10.30pm - 06.00am. During your shifts you will :

Monitor and assess residents throughout the night to ensure their safety and comfort. Respond promptly to medical concerns and provide emergency care if required. Administer medications and treatments as per care plans. Provide leadership and support to overnight care staff, ensuring smooth operations. Ensure accurate documentation of all care activities and resident updates. About You : You're a skilled and compassionate nursing professional who thrives in a night shift role. You bring :

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse. Current first aid and CPR certificate. Clinical knowledge and experience in aged care or night duty nursing. The ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions overnight.
