In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of the centre’s operations, becoming the friendly first point of contact for families and playing a key role in guiding them through the enrolment journey and beyond.
This is an exciting new role that will be offered on a permanent part-time basis — 20 hours per week , worked across 3 – 5 days . We offer flexibility with days and shift times , and are happy to negotiate a schedule that suits both you and the needs of the centres. We are excited to offer these opportunities, located onsite at our centres in Newcastle West, Cardiff, Raymond Terrace and Medowie.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this position is to provide a high level of professional administration and customer service support to the operation of St Nicholas’s Early Education Centres.
The Administration Officer will be responsible for various administration tasks including general administration and customer service including enrolment and orientation coordination for new families joining the centre.
This position will be required to communicate effectively and provide a high level of customer services to the families within the centre, they will perform a range of administration tasks for the Director and their respective team within the centre
