    • Administration Officer, Contact Centre
    • you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service with empathy, professionalism and confidentiality. You'll manage incoming and outgoing calls, assist clients with appointment bookings, and ensure accurate data entry using specialised IT systems — all while maintaining a client-focused and respectful approach.
    • Working under general direction from the Team Leader, you'll operate with autonomy to resolve routine issues using established procedures. You'll also assist in quality assurance activities, contribute to ongoing improvements, and liaise with internal stakeholders to support timely and informed communication with clients. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in women's health while developing your administrative and customer service expertise in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

    • About You
    • You are a highly organised and client-focused professional with a passion for delivering quality administrative support in a busy, service-driven environment. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail help you thrive under pressure while working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

    • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality in administrative tasks.
    • Proven experience providing high-quality support in a client-focused setting, using Microsoft Office and various databases with confidence and autonomy.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams, clients, and external organisations.
    • Sound understanding of customer service principles, information security, and confidentiality protocols in line with organisational procedures.
