What you would do

• Accounts payable – process supplier invoices, communicate invoices variances with branches, follow up suppliers for goods received not invoices
• Electronic Data Interchange – review and action unmatched invoice report, investigate and resolve
• Reporting – report and monitor on branch daily banking, reconciliation or process difficulties
• Purchasing -  Perform branch core range purchasing, follow up purchase orders, monitor inbound and outbound transfers, manage stock levels, monitor and oversee quarantine and supplier returns, monitor activity of cyclic stocktakes
• Suppliers – develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, support supplier initiatives
• Health and Safety – ensure safe work practices
