Cafe All Rounder / Barista

• Position Overview

As a café all-rounder, you'll be an essential part of our team, helping with a variety of tasks from preparing coffee, serving food, and interacting with customers to general café upkeep. We're looking for someone who is flexible, enthusiastic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. _Please note : There may be occasions when you'll be required to work at our other café locations._

• Key Responsibilities
• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and light meals
• Take orders and handle payments through the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, including clearing tables and washing dishes
• Assist with stock rotation and replenishing supplies
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Requirements
• Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment is a plus
• Barista experience (or willingness to learn) is highly desirable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Team player with a can-do attitude
