They are currently seeking a visionary and results-oriented General Manager Sales and Marketing who will drive revenue and margin growth across all sales channels. As the key strategist, you will develop and execute sales and marketing plans aligned with company and group goals, enabling them to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop and deliver a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achieve business objectives, driving revenue and profit for sustainable growth.Identify new and existing business opportunities to increase sales, implementing strong client engagement, retention, and attraction strategies.Analyse market size, trends, and opportunities to identify and capitalize on untapped business prospects, maximizing market share.Establish and implement a structured multi-channel sales framework that fosters a high-performance, target-driven sales culture throughout the organization.Provide strong leadership, direction, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for the sales and marketing team, fostering their growth and success.Actively participate as an influential member of the Executive Management Team, contributing to strategic discussions and driving the overall success of the company.Champion and support workplace health, safety, environment, and quality (WHSEQ) initiatives, training, risk assessments, and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.About you!Possess appropriate Tertiary qualifications, demonstrating a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise.Bring significant relevant experience, with at least five years in a senior leadership capacity, ideally in the sales and marketing field.Exhibit a strong understanding of contemporary sales and marketing principles, best practices, and emerging trends.Showcase a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets, enhancing team efficiency, and delivering sustainable sales and margin growth.Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking while executing tactical plans.Possess a creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.Experience in staff development and values-based leadership, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.If you are ready to make a significant impact and drive growth in a dynamic and innovative environment, please contact Chris McWilliam on 0448 880 712 for a confidential discussion or click below to apply.
