In our team you will
Coordinate referrals for pre-employment assessments from our customers and liaise with internal Konekt Offices and external medical centres to schedule in our clients based on availability in their local area
Handle a mixture of inbound / outbound calls, confidentially logging client details into our systems
Use a range of systems to locate and provide accurate information to both internal departments and to clients; and
Professionalism dealing with medical centres

Your weekends, are yours
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. We can work with you to plan hours that suit your needs.
What we're looking for
Customer Service Superstars! Call centre or medical environment experience is not essential. In fact, we sometimes find that experience in other types of work like retail, sales, hospitality, and corporate roles develops skills and life experience that is highly suited to this role.
