The Opportunity

We're looking for a sharp, forward-thinking Automation Developer (or Automation Engineer if degree-qualified) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, building smart workflows, and bringing automation ideas to life.

You’ll work across departments to identify bottlenecks, automate repetitive tasks, and drive operational efficiency — using tools like Python , SQL , Power Automate , and AI integrations.

What You'll Do

Design and build business automation workflows

Write Python scripts to automate data processing, reporting, and tasks

Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and manage data from relational databases

Apply coding logic (loops, conditionals, variables) to real-world problems

Translate business needs into technical solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations

Explore and implement AI-based tools where relevant

What You’ll Bring

Core Requirements :

• Strong understanding of business automation and workflow tools
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Knowledge of coding logic (e.g., variables, loops, conditionals)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow tools
