Job descriptionAccess to discounts for over 450 retailers with the Ventia employee VenPerks scheme Explore a wide range of Learning and Development opportunities on offer Permanent full-time basis / Monday through to Friday Location RAAF Base Pearce - Bullsbrook Main duties Completing scoping, pricing and preparation of project proposals including technical or complex Alternative Proposals Define project objectives, scoping estimating effort which includes estimating tasks, and coordinating the sourcing and evaluation of pricing data from subcontractors, suppliers and internal resources Working closely with stakeholders to develop project brief, cost, timelines, and host site meetings to determine an accurate estimation of costs Project management of all approved projects, including subcontractor coordination and management Develop sourcing strategy to ensure competitive pricing and quality Ensure the integrity of all relevant estate data for each project for efficient access by the project Support Services Defence team Facilitate project close out, including hand over and archiving of project documentation Manage registration, tracking and currency of the project register for all Project Proposals and ensure technical compliance and quality Champion excellent Risk and SHEQ performance within the Project / Business Unit Comply with our Risk Management, Quality and Health, Safety and Environment management systems Shape a collaborative, client centric culture Skills and experience Broad knowledge of cost planning and project management controls principles and practices Construction and reactive maintenance background is highly regarded Strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally Competent in the use of MS Office suite, knowledge of MMS SAP system is advantageous OHS Card (White / Blue Card) Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment About Ventia Diversity S-DNI
