The role Delivering high-quality nursing care, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring. Developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to clients' needs. Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation. Promoting a positive and inclusive environment focused on patient wellbeing. Actively participating in team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives. Skills & Essential Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current AHPRA registration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach. Strong commitment to person-centered care and a compassionate mindset. Right to work in Australia. A registered, insured, and roadworthy private motor vehicle. Benefits Pay : $90,000 to $100,000 per year Competitive salary with access to salary packaging benefits.
