About The Role
Join our dedicated team and bring personalised, person-centred care to elderly clients in their homes, helping them live healthier, more independent lives. You'll be supported by a team that values you and nurtures your professional growth.
We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis in Coffs Harbour.
Every day is different, but your key responsibilities will include :
Providing expert care, including medication, wound, and diabetes managementManaging catheters and compression bandagesConducting DVA assessments, HCP quarterly reviews, and post-hospital reviewsGuiding and mentoring two Enrolled NursesKeeping care plans up to date based on evolving assessments

Current AHPRA registrationAt least 2 years of community nursing experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsA valid driver's licence and reliable, roadworthy vehicleFirst Aid & CPR certification
