As a Registered Nurse (RN) you are responsible for :
- Providing evidence-based nursing care for residents in accordance with their care plan and in cooperation with the resident and other members of the care team.
- The supervision and direction of Registered Nurse Graduates, Enrolled Nurses (EN), Student Nurses and Personal Care Workers (PCW).
- Liaising closely with clinical staff, residents, families, allied health professionals, GP’s and relevant external organisations.

Requirements :
- Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Current valid First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Valid and current Police Certificate.
- COVID-19 vaccinations x 2 and current flu vaccination highly recommended.
Experience :
- Experience in Aged Care and willingness to undertake on-going mandatory training.
- Developing, reviewing and maintaining care plans and other health records.
- Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge and skills in aged care services together with knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Standards and accreditation process.
- Demonstrated understanding of infection control, and the ability to comply with the requirements of WHS and safe work practises and related procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively and to stay informed of process
