We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our foodservice teams in Brisbane North area. We import and distribute high quality European and local Food and Beverage products to restaurants, hotels, specialty retail grocers and deli shops throughout SEQ and Northern Rivers.Our warehouse operations are the backbone of our business, ensuring efficiency, organization, and timely delivery of our products. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations.

- Leadership
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for operational enhancements, implement process improvements, and introduce best practices to optimize workflows.
- Team Morale
- Develop initiatives to boost employee engagement, morale, and retention through recognition and feedback.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure proper storage and labelling of goods.
- Operational Efficiency
- Streamline logistics and warehouse operations to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure the warehouse complies with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Logistics Coordination
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and distribution operations to meet delivery schedules.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management.
- Budget Management
- Monitor and manage warehouse expenses to align with budgetary goals.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and logistics.
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on employee engagement and morale.
- Ability to analyse data and optimise processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Forklift certification & familiarity with operating warehouse equipment.
