• Key Responsibilities include
• Engage with customers, new and existing to supply accurate product information
• Support external sales team and pass on major enquiries
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the ERP system
• Organise and book shipping for orders locally and nationally
• What we are looking for
• Prior experience in sales or similar customer service role
• Someone who is computer savvy and confident on the phone when speaking to customers
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• A natural problem solver with a solution focused attitude
• Highly developed customer service skills
• Has a fearless ability to ask insightful questions to uncover a customer's real needs
• Listens with the intent to understand
• Desirable
• Knowledge of Hydraulics
