About the Role

We are looking for Experienced Floor Staff (Bartenders, Waiter / ess, Food Runners) to join our exceptional team taking the greatest of care in looking after our guests. These are permanent, part-time or full-time opportunities with an immediate start.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Knowledge and experience of food and beverage service
• Floor staff must have a minimum of two years experience, be able to multitask and have a good working knowledge of Italian cuisine, classic cocktails, spirits and wines.
• A love of hospitality and customer service
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment a plus
• Excellent spoken communication skills
• Good time management
• A good team spirit, a positive can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
