Concierge Full Time And Casual Positions

We are looking for a friendly, resourceful, and professional Concierge to deliver top-tier service to our guests. As the first point of contact, you will assist with inquiries, reservations, and special requests, ensuring every visitor has an outstanding experience.

This role operates

• 7 days a week

• Typical hours are
• 6 : 30 AM to 2 : 30 PM
• with flexibility required.
• Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins, reservations, and general inquiries.
• Provide tailored recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests, including transportation, event bookings, and special accommodations.
• Use computer systems to manage bookings, process payments, and update guest records.
• Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and vendors to fulfill requests efficiently.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Requirements

A high standard of personal presentation and grooming.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Knowledge of local attractions, transport options, and events (or willingness to learn).

Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Ability to commute / relocate :
