Volunteer Law Clerk

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working law student or recent graduate to join our team as a Volunteer Law Clerk.

You will be mentored by an experienced solicitor and your duties will include :

Legal Research;

Case preparation and attendance;

Assisting with affidavits and court documents;

Assisting with correspondence;

File Management;

Various administrative duties;

Criteria

Ability to work independently under the supervision of a legal practitioner;

Dedicated, hard-working, well organised and with a keen eye for detail;

Strong written, oral communication and legal research skills ; and

Available one to two days per week.
