My client is an international global manufacturer seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join their team based in Ballarat. The Role

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the responsibilities of the role include :

Planning and executing multiple large-scale capital improvement projects within a fast-paced manufacturing siteSupporting production teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesDeveloping and implementing process control strategiesCollaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, maintenance, and quality assuranceYour Background

To be successful in this role, you will be :

A tertiary qualified Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)Having 8+ years of Project Engineering experience within FMCG manufacturing facilitiesAble to work effectively within a team environmentPossessing strong internal and external stakeholder management skillsHaving full Australian working rightsWhat's On Offer
