Our outsourced payroll team is rapidly growing and we're looking for another motivated Payroll Officer with ambitions to develop their payroll and customer service skills and work across multiple industries and Awards. This role is dynamic and after your training, you'll be managing multiple payroll deadlines. You'll 'own' your own portfolio - ensuring the timely and accurate processing of your clients' payroll and answering their payroll related inquiries.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to enjoy speaking with clients, building trust and accurately processing their employee's payroll correctly and on time. You will be using some of the most highly regarded and intuitive HR and payroll software in Australia, and helping businesses to do things better by outsourcing with our technology.

The roleEnd-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly client pay runs in accordance with instructions, agreed expectations and best practiceProvide excellent and proactive customer service in all dealings with your managed payroll clients and employeesPerform full function payroll tasks including on-boarding, auditing, reconciliations, terminations, superannuation and ATO ReportingWhat you'll need to succeedExperience with payroll (high volume would be ideal i.e labour hire etc) using a cloud based payroll system (ideally KeyPay) and accounting platformsCustomer service skillsMust enjoy working with numbersA high level of attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast paced, autonomous and process driven environmentPrevious experience using ExcelProven experience in prioritising workloads and strong organisational skills to meet tight deadlinesExceptional communication, both verbal and writtenA hardworking and team player attitude.The good stuffGenuine Flexibility?
