As Duty Manager at Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough you're pitch perfect when it comes to understanding and exceeding guest expectations - whether staging a TED Talk, leading the search party for a lost teddy or welcoming VIPs. • Leadership of all team members and management of operations in the absence of Heads Of Departments
• Ensure guest feedback is recorded accurately and action any service recovery process in a prompt and efficient manner
• Assist reservations team in ensuring hotel specific SOP's are adhered
• Ensure all accounting practices and processes are achieved per hotel specific SOP's
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B Managers to deliver brand standard rooms, products and services
• Actively contribute towards reaching agreed hotel targets and objectives

• With a minimum experience of 2 year you will enrich the creation of ultimate memorable moments for the guests who are at the heart of everything we do
• You feel excited when all your tasks are completed as you possess excellent time management skills and you are highly organised
