About the Role We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our shared site in Perth CDB, which accommodates both the AngliSchools Head Office and St George's Anglican Grammar School. This full-time position reports jointly to the Chief Operating Officer (AngliSchools) and the Business Manager (SGAGS).
With the relocation from our current offices to our new purpose-built Perth CBD building scheduled for early July 2025, this role offers a unique opportunity to be actively involved in the transition process and to shape the ongoing management of the new space.
Key Responsibilities Oversee building and grounds maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance
Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers
Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
Maintain WHS standards and support emergency procedures (e.g. fire safety drills)
Manage digital sign-in systems and building access control
Provide support with logistics for events, office relocations, and space planning
Keep detailed records of service reports, compliance, and asset registers
Contribute to a safe and well-functioning environment for staff, students, and visitors
About You You are a reliable and solutions-focused facilities professional who brings :
Experience in facilities or building management
Strong understanding of WHS and building compliance
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
Trade or technical background (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
A current Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
