Job descriptionResponsibilities Provide leadership in the promotion of facility management strategies, methodologies and processes. Ensures contractors and delivery teams are managed effectively. Provide high level policy advice to Senior Management on project matters including risks, issues and trends. Provides strategic advice to various internal and external stakeholders. Plan and develop maintenance programs and maintenance projects. Undertake development and planning activities. Develop and manage maintenance projects including detailed programming and project implementation within budget and timeframes. Work within accordance of Policies, Procedures and relevant Work Health and Safety and Equal Opportunity Legislation. You will have Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of facilities management and maintenance projects. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Current "C" or "C.A." class drivers' licence. Current knowledge of legislation - Equal Opportunity, Disability Services and Work Safety. Tertiary qualifications and / or training in a relevant discipline or progress towards same is desirable but not essential. You will need to be based in Perth with full working rights for this contract
