THE ROLE
We now have the exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment team working alongside our existing Recruitment Administrator and reporting to the Team Lead, you will provide administrative support to the team during the selection and on-boarding process. Duties include :
- Managing the Recruitment inbox and ensuring all queries are actioned in a timely manner
- Managing incoming calls to the Recruitment Department and assisting when able or transferring them to the relevant recruiter
- Document and qualification verifications and uploading - high volume data entry
- Maintaining candidate profiles and processing signed contracts
- Preparation for Recruitment Day sessions, including contacting candidates to confirm attendance and requesting missing documents
- General administration duties as required
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate :
1-2 years previous administration experienceProfessional and friendly customer service and communication skills, including but not limited to, phone etiquette, verbal, and written correspondenceHigh attention to detail, accuracy and dedication to complianceTime management skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities and multi-taskHighly computer literate with previous experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelBe a ‘people person’ with a desire to build a career in recruitment and the mining sectorIN RETURN
