Apply now Job no : 498387Work type : CasualLocation : CanberraCategories : Customer ServiceAre you someone who thrives in a vibrant, people-first environment and loves making others feel welcome?At Westfield Belconnen, we're looking for a Concierge Attendant to join our energetic and inclusive team-where every day is about creating positive, memorable moments for our customers.As the friendly face of our centre, you'll help shape experiences that make our customers feel valued, supported, and excited to return.Day-to-day you will be responsible for : Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.Processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services.Welcoming customers at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs.Providing clear directions and recommendations to help customers navigate the centre.Managing administrative tasks such as lost property and online inquiries.Occasionally supporting the Marketing teamThis role is a casual position working across a dynamic 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.What Sets You ApartWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual who thrives on providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences.Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude and the ability to provide helpful and efficient customer service.Confident in engaging with a diverse range of people and comfortable initiating conversations.Ability to actively listen, think on your feet and resolve customer issues.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Experience in customer-facing roles, such as hotel, retail, or guest services.Availability to work flexibly across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.About usScentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
