We're on the lookout for an exceptional Practice Manager who embodies the following qualities :

• Extensive background in the dental field, coupled with management experience, will give you a distinct advantage.
• Familiarity with the day-to-day operations of a professional practice is highly desirable.
• Proven people management experience, enabling you to lead, motivate, and elevate teams, thereby enhancing staff productivity and overall performance.
• Your strategic mindset will be instrumental in spearheading local area marketing initiatives, driving new patient inflow, and fostering practice growth.
• Proven business acumen, particularly in reception and the various administrative components integral to a thriving practice.
• Your track record of propelling business expansion and maximizing profitability will set you apart.
• Your keen eye for process refinement will empower you to implement innovative strategies and protocols, ensuring unparalleled patient experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
• While experience with dental software (OASIS) is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
• Meticulous attention to detail is one of your hallmarks.
• You're adaptable and capable of seamlessly managing the front desk when the need arises.
