Job descriptionYour new role Providing L1-2 support to customers in a timely and efficient manner The first point of contact for ICT issues across the business Providing support for both IT and ERP systems Providing hands-on and remote technical support for over 80 staff members Contributing to project work to deploy unique solutions across the company What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience providing end user support and troubleshooting Proven experience with Active Directory, Windows Server (2008-2019), Azure, Exchange online and 365 management General knowledge of technical infrastructure, firewalls, switches, laptops, desktops, level 1 network support, VOIP support Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar role Qualifications or degree in IT What you'll get in return What you need to do now LHS 297508 2723614
