A bit about the roleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organised Sales Support Coordinator to join our team!As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales and Account Management team by providing administrative support, maintaining Salesforce, managing customer relationships, and qualifying new leads.As the Sales Support Coordinator, you'll be responsible for :Utilising Salesforce knowledge to manage and maintain customer data and sales pipeline.Explaining the features of our products and services to customers and assist with any questions or concerns.Providing administration support in preparing sales orders, contracts, tenders, contract renewal documents.Scheduling product demonstrations and other meetings for the Sales and Account Management team.Researching and qualify new leads to ensure a steady flow of prospective clients.Follow up on leads by communicating with prospective and current clients to ensure a seamless sales process.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service and support.Analysing data and preparing reports for the Sales and Account Management Team.There is so much more to this role and is an excellent pathway to a front-line sales role within our business.
We'd like you to haveProven experience in sales support or customer service role.Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM systems.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.If you are passionate about customer service and sales support, and have experience working with Salesforce, we would love to hear from you!
