Assistant In Nursing

As an Assistant in Nursing you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our patients.

Your tasks will include :

• Providing the very best care and support to patients in line with their personalised care plans
• Attending to the personal care needs of patients including all activities of daily living
• Supporting and prompting patients where and when required including with dietary intake and mobility
• Liaising with patients and their significant others, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes
