Reporting to our General Manager, People & Culture and based in Adelaide, this role will be equal parts strategy and delivery, requiring a strategic thinker who is equally practical and hands-on. You'll lead on internal communications and employment brand, work closely with executives and senior business leaders, writing on their behalf and ensuring an appropriate 'voice' throughout and you'll provide leadership to a small team - initially an in house graphic designer.
Who are we looking for?
Be an engaging and consistent voice supporting the execution of our business and people strategies through the delivery of effective internal communications and employer brand marketing strategies
Manage internal communications channels, messaging and content for key company information and announcements, ensuring the most important messages reaches employees, and they know where to go for the information they need
Lead, promote and coordinate internal events and engagement activities as they relate to employees such as awards and key internal events
Coordinate submissions for key industry awards and other activities such as sponsorships, events and partnerships which further promote our EVP
Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team with relation to the production of video and specialised content To ensure consistency of brand and messaging and effective scheduling and alignment of content
To be outstanding in this role you'll need
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and Communications or equivalent experience
Significant internal communications, employee communications, and employer brand experience, preferably in a high-growth environment working alongside senior executives
Experience producing and managing content on social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube for both paid and organic executions
Confidence and ability to effectively lead, manage, and execute multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, collaborative, deadline-oriented environment
