Senior Psychologist

ABOUT THE POSITION :

The successful candidate will be given an opportunity to participate in improving other people’s lives by delivering person-centred services, working with a range of clients (across the age span) with various needs (from short-term involvement, to complex, long-term needs). This will involve, but is not limited to :

• Conducting a range of Psychological assessments of a client’s presenting issues and support needs, and identifying appropriate supports, interventions and service models;
• Preparing, writing and delivering Psychological and other specific assessment reports;
• Providing client-centred therapy and direct treatments;
• Providing behaviour support for children and adults with complex disability and psycho-social support needs, complex mental health issues, and trauma based presentations;
• Working with a multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes.

Our office is based in Success. The position will require regular travel around the Perth metro area and occasional regional travel. Opportunities for interstate / remote area projects are available to our team of practitioners at times. There is also an option to work from home for administration / report writing.
