Description : About The Role

We're looking for a Property Operations Manager to join us on that journey.

This role suits someone who loves variety, enjoys being on the road, and is energised by working closely with business owners and teams. You'll travel across NSW, helping our offices strengthen their property management performance, embrace smarter systems, and unlock the potential of a 5+ mindset.

Reporting to the Head of Property Management for Australia, you will also work closely with the NSW CEO to support strategic growth. This includes coaching our offices to think proactively, act decisively, and adopt a hunter mentality when it comes to new opportunities and sustainable success.

What you'll be doing :

Visiting offices regularly to provide hands-on support, coaching and strategy.Building trusted relationships with business owners and property management teams.Leading quarterly business reviews and planning sessions.Supporting both organic and acquisition-based rent roll growth.Delivering a comprehensive annual training calendar.Promoting our national Property Management Business Partners.Staying across legislative changes, tech developments and customer experience trends.Contributing to a high-performing national property operations team.

Skills and Experiences :

About You

You are commercially aware, emotionally intelligent and passionate about property management. You bring real-world experience and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

You are also a mindset leader. You believe in the power of growth, and you know what is possible when a business embraces a 5+ way of thinking. You are not here to tick boxes. You are here to challenge the status quo, grow capability and help offices reach new heights.

To be successful in this role, you will bring :

To succeed in this role, you will have :

At least five years of experience in property management, ideally in a leadership or mentoring roleA current NSW driver's licence and reliable vehicleSolid knowledge of NSW rental legislation and best practice operationsExperience with rent roll growth and business developmentConfidence using CRMs and property management technologyStrong communication, coaching and problem-solving skillsA collaborative and people-first approachExperience in delivering training or mentoring teams is highly regarded

Experience in training property management teams would be highly regarded as would prior experience coaching business leaders in developing a highly effective property management team structure.
