• rotating roster
• within our call center which operates from 7am - 7pm.
• Working within a fast paced National Customer Service Centre
• Resolving queries around financial products & services.
• Liaise with other departments to find solutions for customer queries
• You will bring to this role
• Financial Services experience in customer service with the skills to manage multiple relationships.
• Ability to persuade others with a focus on outstanding customer experience in an inbound contact centre environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail & have a can-do attitude.
• Financial acumen would be advantageous with the ability understand the customer needs.
