We have multiple 3 - 6 month contract opportunities, with the possibility of further extension or permanency, for an experienced Contact Centre professional, based in Doncaster. Working for a State Government entity, you will provide compassionate care and support for complex matters, as well as standard information and advice. This will be a new location for an established government call centre team, and will have growth and opportunities should this branch prove successful.
Your existing customer service and administrative skills will be well utilised across inbound calls, written correspondence and digital platforms to record matters, complaints and invoices. Not just a number in a call centre, there is no KPI's involved in this role and all importance is based on your ability to provide genuine customer care and satisfaction.
