The Role - Key Interest PointsIs basedat our National Corporate Head Office inSpringvaleProvides premium customer serviceas the first point of contact for all phone enquires for our business NationwideDue to national coverage requirements of this role, we require you to be available to work a flexible roster between the hours of 7.00am and 6 : 30pm, Monday to FridayReceivesinbound telephone calls in for the business; placing orders, product inquiries, quotes, service issues and problem solvingMaintains and updatesour CRM systemIdentifies trendsin customer issues and offers recommendations to fix root causesProvides feedbackon improvement opportunities in the Customer Solutions teamHere's what we're looking forPrevious customer service experience,ideally within an industrial or commercial customer service contact centre environmentA warm and engaging telephone mannerIntermediate level of computer literacyincluding CRM, MS Office SuiteHigh attention to detailand accuracyApplications
