The Role

A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Call Centre consultant to join our dynamic and friendly team based at Melbourne Airport.

Reporting to the Operations Centre Manager this position :

• Responds to email / phone enquiries
• Raises work orders in Maximo & Promap systems
• Schedules and manages work orders based on priority
• Liaises with trade staff and subcontractors to coordinate attendance to works
• Identifies work order trends
• Ensures works are completed in line with KPIs
