What can you expect to be doing?
Ensure a positive experience for all prospective and existing customers and other stakeholders
Deliver high quality customer service by responding effectively and efficiently to customer enquiries to maximise outcomes for prospective customers, community members and staff.
Provide education across multiple areas of the business, such as family services, mental health and early learning assessment processes
Build rapport and engage with customers, ensuring they are receiving the right information to suit their circumstance.
Provide exceptional customer service to all prospective customers with the aim of converting enquiries to new customers for the business by proactively communicating programmes and managing the referral process.
What do you need to bring?
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
An empathetic and compassionate nature
Ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of internal and external clients
Although not essential, certificate in Customer Services or Call Centre Communications will be highly regarded
