Casual assignment working full-time hours | 37.5 hrs each week across Mon-Fri
Help customers daily – Answer calls and emails (approx. 30-50 per day)
Admin & data entry tasks – Including invoicing and EOM reporting
Achieve key metrics – Handling time, quality & customer satisfaction
Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Especially Excel
Full training provided – Feel confident from day one
